Norma said Central Sulawesi government needs to build a decent road to Valley Besoa District of Central Lore because the road leading into the valley when this condition is not allowed.

In addition to the road, he said, the government needs to seek adequate availability of electric energy, along with the entry Besoa Valley region as a tourism strategic plan.

Not only that, the development of tourist areas of the Valley Besoa should be supported by the availability of means of communication and informatics.

"For Besoa tourist area, we need the availability of the road as access to transportation. Then, the availability of telecommunications and electrical energy," he said.

He expressed Valley Besoa there are various megalithic sites include the Statue Tadulako and various other statues in Pokekea.

Because the valley Besoa with all sorts of statues whose age has reached millions of years determined by the Ministry of Education and Culture as a cultural heritage research center Eastern Region of Indonesia in 2007.

"The statues megalithic age millions of years in the Valley Besoa Indonesia, Central Sulawesi. This is one of the magnet to lure foreign tourists," he explained.
